VIRIATO is an early variety with “A” baking quality. It has a stable and large grain density, good resistance to leaf diseases, but lower resistance to ear fusarium. That is the reason we recommend treatment. The plants are short with good tillering ability and a very good resistance to lodging. The ear has strong awns and that is why we recommend to sow this variety in all areas where wild animals cause economic damages. It has a high yield potential. It is suitable for growing after any pre- crop.
