Genius

GENIUS is a semi – early variety. It is healthy and has a good behavior against most of the wheat’s diseases. Moreover, it has a very good frost and lodging resistance. It has weaker resistance only  to helminthosporiosis and septoriosis , therefore it is possible to use it in the sowing procedure in the wheat-wheat rotation. It is the variety of top baking quality. It has stable yield and quality even in adverse conditions. We recommend it for sowing in optimal ( a later ) date. This wheat is  suitable for cultivation after a wheat, but we do not recommend growing after barley. The variety performs well in all climatic conditions  as well as all soils and has a high and regular yield  due to high drought stress tolerance . GENIUS excels at higher cultivation intensity. To maintain a high protein  content, we recommend  fertilization especially at high cultivation intensity.
